Together we’ll mix and work with gluten-free sourdough dough, explore fermentation, practice shaping and scoring loaves for a beautiful rise, and bake delicious, homemade bread. This relaxed, welcoming class is designed to build confidence and make gluten-free sourdough baking approachable and fun.
