Join Chef Evangeline at Eat Well ABQ for a Sourdough Bread Class on Saturday, July 11 from 2 PM to 5 PM in Albuquerque.
This beginner-friendly class walks you through the foundations of sourdough, including starter care, dough mixing, shaping, scoring, fermentation, baking, and troubleshooting. You'll learn what to look for at each stage so the process feels less overwhelming and more doable at home.
You'll work alongside Chef Evangeline, enjoy fresh bread together during class, and leave with the loaf you make in class to take home.
