Refund + Return Policy
At Eat Well ABQ, many of our products are made fresh to order or sold as time-specific class bookings. Because of that, our refund and return policy is different for bakery products and class reservations.
Bakery products
Because our bakery items are perishable, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been picked up, delivered, or received.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, contact us as soon as possible through our [Contact Us] page or by email at eatwellabq247@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right where appropriate.
Class bookings
All class bookings are final.
Because class seating is limited and preparation begins in advance, class purchases are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please make sure the date and time work for you before booking.
If Eat Well ABQ must cancel a class, customers will be contacted directly regarding next steps.
Damaged or incorrect orders
