Refund + Return Policy

We make real food, teach hands-on classes, and prepare private events with care. Because many purchases are fresh, perishable, limited-seat, or made specifically for your order, most Eat Well ABQ purchases are final sale.

Fresh and perishable bakes cannot be returned or exchanged after pickup, delivery, or receipt.

Classes, workshops, private events, and special bookings require advance preparation and limited seating.

Eat Well ABQ sells fresh bakery items, class seats, private events, and specialty items. These purchases are generally final sale.

Bakery products

Because our bakery items are fresh, handmade, and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bakery products once they have been picked up, delivered, or received.

This includes bread, pastries, cookies, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, rolls, focaccia, dessert boxes, seasonal bakes, and other food items sold through Eat Well ABQ.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing an item, or has a quality issue caused by Eat Well ABQ, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Classes, workshops + private events

All class bookings, workshop seats, private events, and special event bookings are final sale and nonrefundable once purchased.

Because seating is limited and preparation begins before each class or event, class purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or rescheduled unless Eat Well ABQ cancels or changes the event.

If Eat Well ABQ must cancel a class or event, customers will be contacted directly regarding next steps.

Merchandise + non-perishable items

At this time, Eat Well ABQ does not accept standard returns or exchanges on merchandise or non-perishable items.

If a non-food item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an Eat Well ABQ error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

How to report an issue

Please contact us before attempting to return any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When contacting us, please include your order number, name, a description of the issue, and photos when possible. Approved resolutions, if any, are handled case by case and may depend on the product type, timing, condition, and details of the issue.
