Work with inclusions
Learn how additions change the dough experience and how to approach them with intention instead of guessing.
You’ve mastered the sourdough foundation! Now it’s time to explore what changes when sourdough includes more than the basic loaf. Chef Evangalene will guide you through an advanced, hands-on inclusion class focused on a different part of the sourdough process.
This class requires completion of the foundational Sourdough Bread Class first. Part One gives you the starter, dough, fermentation, shaping, and baking cues this experience builds on.
This is part 2/2.
This is where the foundational sourdough process becomes a more thoughtful, flexible skill. The exact class listing will provide the live date, price, and final inclusions.
Learn how additions change the dough experience and how to approach them with intention instead of guessing.
Use the visual and tactile cues from Part One to make better decisions as the dough develops.
Explore the parts of sourdough that require more judgment, timing, and confidence than a basic recipe can provide.
Ask better questions, get live correction, and leave with a clearer sense of where your sourdough skills can go next.
The foundational Sourdough Bread Class is required before the Advanced Sourdough Inclusion Class. That protects the experience for everyone and gives you the vocabulary, starter awareness, dough cues, and process foundation to get something real out of Part Two.
Start with the foundational class, then come back for Part Two when you are ready for more advaned sourdough processes.

Every Part Two class card is pulled from Shopify’s live product catalog, then matched by its advanced/inclusion title and class date. Add the product and this page can find it automatically.
