Part Two · Advanced Sourdough

Advanced Sourdough Inclusion Class in Albuquerque

You’ve mastered the sourdough foundation! Now it’s time to explore what changes when sourdough includes more than the basic loaf. Chef Evangalene will guide you through an advanced, hands-on inclusion class focused on a different part of the sourdough process.

This class requires completion of the foundational Sourdough Bread Class first. Part One gives you the starter, dough, fermentation, shaping, and baking cues this experience builds on.

This is part 2/2.

02

Read the dough as it changes

Use the visual and tactile cues from Part One to make better decisions as the dough develops.

03

Practice advanced process choices

Explore the parts of sourdough that require more judgment, timing, and confidence than a basic recipe can provide.

04

Keep learning with Chef Evangalene

Ask better questions, get live correction, and leave with a clearer sense of where your sourdough skills can go next.

Before You Book

Part 1 IS required before taking Part 2.

The foundational Sourdough Bread Class is required before the Advanced Sourdough Inclusion Class. That protects the experience for everyone and gives you the vocabulary, starter awareness, dough cues, and process foundation to get something real out of Part Two.

Questions before Part Two?

Do I need to take Part One first?

Yes. The foundational Sourdough Bread Class is required before booking the Advanced Sourdough Inclusion Class.

Who is Part Two for?

It is for students who have completed Part One and want to continue building their sourdough judgment through advanced inclusion work.

Is this another beginner sourdough class?

No. Part Two assumes the foundational class experience, so the time can focus on the advanced process instead of starting from the beginning.

Can I ask about the class before booking?

Yes. If you are unsure whether you are ready for Part Two, contact Eat Well ABQ and the team can help you choose the right next step.
