Inside El Paisano Market, the Eat Well ABQ bread section gives customers a seven-day retail destination instead of requiring every bread purchase to line up with the Saturday cart. Chef Evangalene stocks a focused selection weekly, and the shelf may sell out between restocks.

Find the Eat Well ABQ bread section. Walk in through the front door, pass the registers, then take the second aisle on the left. Keep walking to the back end of that aisle; the Eat Well ABQ bread section is there. Look for the small Eat Well sign at the front of the section. Original Sourdough and Jalapeño loaves when available. Selection can change with demand and the bakery schedule.
