Meet the Baker Behind Eat Well

Hi, I’m Evangalene — the baker behind Eat Well ABQ. What began in my home kitchen as a love for nourishing my family grew into a small-batch sourdough bakery rooted in care, intention, and real ingredients.

Baked with Purpose

Today, I share that passion through fresh sourdough, baked goods, and classes for the Albuquerque community. I hope to help people slow down, learn something new, and enjoy food made thoughtfully.

I'm excited to have you here!
