That is when I want you to enjoy the dense fudgy center, rich chocolate flavor, and soft bakery texture at their best.
The fudgy brownies I bake for serious chocolate people.
I bake these fresh in small batches in Albuquerque, with rich chocolate flavor, a soft fudgy center, and dense, satisfying texture for dessert tables, sharing, gifting, coffee, milk, and serious chocolate cravings.
This is the pan I make for serious chocolate people.
I bake these in small batches so the center stays dense and fudgy, the chocolate flavor gets to lead, and every square feels like the good part of a brownie. It is the kind of pan I put down for a table and already know I should have made two.
I use the Wednesday preorder cutoff to bake each 8x8 pan fresh for Saturday pickup. If I have extra pans after the preorder bake, I’ll bring them to the Saturday Bread Cart while supplies last.

How long will these brownies stay good?
I bake this brownie pan fresh for the preorder pickup, so my best-quality advice is to enjoy the fudgy center and rich chocolate flavor in the first 3–5 days. I freeze anything I will not finish while it still tastes fresh.
I keep the brownies covered or move individual squares to an airtight container so the edges do not dry out.
I wrap squares well and freeze what I will not eat soon. I thaw or warm only what I need.
My move: cut a few squares for the table, hide one for later, and freeze the rest before the last piece becomes a dry corner nobody claims.
This is my best-quality guide, not a universal expiration date. If you see mold or notice an off smell or other spoilage, discard the brownies—do not taste-test questionable food.
