Questions before booking
Private pasta class FAQ.
Exact answers about guest count, pricing, learning outcomes, date nights, scheduling, meal inclusions, dietary needs, and the difference between private and public classes.
Can I book a private pasta-making class in Albuquerque?
Yes. Eat Well ABQ offers private pasta-making classes in Albuquerque for 2–12 guests with Chef Evangalene. Choose the guest-count package on this page, share your preferred dates and planning information, and complete checkout. Eat Well ABQ confirms the final available date, time, location, menu flow, and event plan afterward.
How much does a private pasta class cost?
The two-guest private pasta package currently starts at $330. Larger packages are priced by guest count, with live prices shown in the package selector. Paid upgrades are separate Shopify cart items so the full total remains visible before payment.
Is this a private pasta date night?
Yes. The two-guest package is designed as a private pasta date-night option and can also work for an anniversary, birthday, best-friend experience, or special night together. The
Albuquerque Date Night Cooking Class guide compares this private pasta table with public classes and private sourdough.
What will we make in the private pasta class?
Chef Evangalene guides the group through fresh pasta dough, kneading, resting, rolling, cutting, shaping, filling, cooking, and troubleshooting. The exact shapes and meal flow are confirmed during final event planning.
Does the private pasta event include a meal?
Yes. The experience includes a sit-down pasta meal with salad, bread, pasta service, and table time after the hands-on cooking portion.
Is the private class beginner-friendly?
Yes. No previous pasta-making experience is required. The class is hands-on and designed to help beginners understand dough texture, kneading, rest time, rolling thickness, shaping, and cooking.
How many guests can attend?
The live packages on this page are built for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 guests. Contact Eat Well ABQ for a feasibility, location, staffing, and event-flow review when the group is larger than twelve.
What is included with every private package?
Private instruction, core ingredients, fresh pasta dough making, rolling and shaping, the sit-down meal, salad, bread, pasta service, standard tools, setup, cleanup, wine based on one bottle per two adult guests, and private-event coordination are included unless a package explicitly states otherwise.
Am I buying an exact date or the private-event package?
You are purchasing the private pasta package for the selected group size. Preferred dates are requests rather than guaranteed reservations. Eat Well ABQ confirms the strongest available date and final event plan after checkout.
How far in advance should I book?
Plan approximately one month ahead whenever possible. Private events require calendar coordination, ingredients, preparation, equipment, setup, meal planning, and sometimes location coordination. An earlier opening may occasionally be available.
Can allergies or dietary needs be accommodated?
List every known allergy and dietary need during checkout. Eat Well ABQ reviews the information before confirming the final plan and clearly explains what can be accommodated safely. The standard handmade pasta experience uses wheat flour and eggs unless a different approved plan is confirmed.
Can I add wine, dessert, bread, a celebration setup, or a cake?
Available paid enhancements appear inside the package builder. Only currently available Shopify add-on variants are displayed, and every selected upgrade is added to the cart as a separate line item.
What is the difference between this page and the public pasta calendar?
This page sells a private experience reserved for your own 2–12 guest group. The
public pasta class calendar sells individual seats on specific scheduled dates with other students.
