What to Expect:

Expect a warm, small-group bakery class with clear, hands-on guidance from Chef Evangalene. You’ll spend the class preparing, decorating, and baking your own sourdough focaccia artwork.

This is a creative specialty class centered on focaccia, edible design, and the experience of making something beautiful with bread. It is not the same as Eat Well ABQ’s complete Sourdough Bread Class and does not include an in-depth starter-care or bread-foundations curriculum.

You do not need to arrive with a design prepared. Chef will provide guidance and inspiration while allowing you to create a focaccia that reflects your own style.

Who This Class Is For:

This class is perfect for beginners, home bakers, sourdough lovers, creative people, friend groups, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and approachable hands-on baking experience.

It is also a great choice for someone who wants to enjoy working with sourdough without committing to a full bread-foundations class.

What You’ll Take Home:

You’ll take home the sourdough focaccia artwork you create during class.

You’ll also leave with practical guidance for working with focaccia dough, shaping, dimpling, decorating, topping placement, seasoning, and baking so you can recreate your own focaccia art at home.

A Note From Chef:

Bread can be nourishing, delicious, and creative at the same time. Focaccia gives you the freedom to work with color, texture, flavor, and design while creating something that can be shared around the table.

Come ready to slow down, have fun, and turn sourdough into your own edible work of art.
