Your pasta class includes hands-on instruction with Chef Evangalene, imported Italian 00 flour for tender handmade pasta dough, all ingredients and tools, pasta dough mixing and handling, rolling, shaping, cutting, cooking guidance, a salad or shared meal during class, and about 1 lb of handmade pasta to take home.

You are not just watching a demo. You are making pasta, eating together, learning technique, and leaving with food and confidence.

What You’ll Learn:

Chef Evangalene will guide you through how fresh pasta dough should feel, how to work with imported Italian 00 flour, how to rest and handle the dough, how to roll and shape pasta, how to cut or form pasta depending on the class style, and how to cook fresh pasta properly.
